We have restored and renovated an old 19th Century straw loft where we have located our restaurant with a spacious, air-conditioned dining room, clad in the stone and wood which in its day formed one of the "best straw lofts in the village", as we have been told by some of the older citizens of Atapuerca.
We also have a terrace and outside dining area.
All of this has been designed with the idea of providing a pleasant experience for those who come here to enjoy our cuisine, to have a coffee with some of our sponge cakes or tarts, or to stop off along the road to Santiago, on which we are situated...
Cuisine which we consider as traditional but brought up to date, stepping into the world of fresh, homemade pasta, oils, vegetables, salads with certain innovative touches, excellent quality meats and select fish, combined with a careful selection of wines to complete a good dinner or lunch.
